Frequently Asked Questions

Does this account for Daylight Saving Time?
Yes. All conversions use your browser's built-in timezone data, which automatically accounts for Daylight Saving Time based on the date you select. Try comparing a winter and summer date for zones that observe DST to see the difference.
What counts as business hours?
Green cells represent 9 AM – 6 PM in that time zone — standard business hours. Amber cells are 7–9 AM or 6–8 PM, which are workable but early or late. Red cells are outside reasonable working hours.
How many time zones can I add?
Up to 5 time zones at once, which covers most international meeting scenarios. The first zone (auto-detected from your browser) is the reference — grid column headers show times in that zone.
Can I save or share my setup?
This is a quick-planning tool — there is no save or share feature. It's designed for checking time zone overlap on the fly, not persistent scheduling. For that, tools like Calendly or World Time Buddy may suit you better.
